Standard fee

  • 300 € / 1300 PLN / 350 USD

Late payment:

Late payment (after September 15th, 2017, or payment at desk):
  • 350 € / 1450 PLN / 400 USD

Additional article:

As much of the cost of the conference fee is related to publication, a fee of 100 € or equivalent is charged for each additional article.

What is included in the registration fee

The registration fee for regular delegates includes

  • admission to the Conference, and all the sessions;
  • a bag with conference materials: proceedings on CD and some gadgets;
  • publication; (the book will be sent after the conference)
  • lunches, dinners and coffee breaks;
  • social and cultural events

Conference fee does not cover transportation costs and accommodation.

Please make sure all bank fees are covered by the submitting account and that the payment is free of charge for the receiver account.

At desk

It is also possible to pay the conference fee at the registration desk in EUR or PLN.

You will get a confirmation of registration and payment afterwards via e-mail. For paying by bank transfer, you will receive an invoice including all payment details via e-mail. If you need pro forma invoice, please let us know by e-mail.

 

Registration Cancellation

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the Conference Secretariat by email or fax. If the written notification of cancellation is received before 29. September 2017 the paid registration fee less an administration fee of 70 EUR will be refunded. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date. Credit will not be given for unattended events or early termination of attendance.
